Costumes Notes
A simple pirate costume that I threw together for a Hallowe'en party I was hosting.
The wig was a cheap Halloween wig that was tangled out of the box with a bunch of beads sewn into it a la Jack Sparrow. The bodice and shirt were made from a pirate/renn-faire pattern without modifications. I honestly can't remember if I made the pants or bought them. The boots were a pair I already owned with some vinyl tucked into the top to give the (bad) illusion of cuffs.
A few years later, I gave the bodice and shirt to a friend as it fit her considerably better than it did me.
